Liz Ambrose
Headteacher at Holy Trinity C of E Primary School
Liz is an experienced educator with 29 years in primary education, and she has taught pupils in Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Liz holds a BAEd (Hons) from Christ Church College, Canterbury and is presently studying for the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Liz is passionate about meeting the needs of the whole child and understands the importance of play and positive relationships in creating the best conditions for pupil growth. Liz has served as the Deputy Head Teacher at Holy Trinity CE Primary since 2004 and, in recent years, Liz has held the crucial role of Head of School. From September 2024, Liz takes on the permanent role of Headteacher and is delighted that Holy Trinity CE Primary School was judged 'Good' by Ofsted in May 2022.
Vicky Egan
Headteacher, Crawley Ridge Junior School
Vicky is an experienced primary education leader with a proven track record in driving school improvement and curriculum excellence. She holds both the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Before joining Crawley Ridge Junior School as Headteacher in September 2025, Vicky worked across a range of teaching and leadership roles in primary schools and was a key member of the central team within a large Multi-Academy Trust. In this role, she led on curriculum development and teaching and learning, while also acting as the Trust’s Maths subject knowledge expert—supporting schools in strengthening mathematics pedagogy and outcomes.
Alongside her central Trust responsibilities, Vicky undertook a secondment as Deputy Headteacher. In this role, she was responsible for raising standards and providing strategic oversight of the core curriculum, further deepening her insight into school improvement at both the individual school and Trust-wide level. Vicky is passionate about delivering high-quality education that enables all children to thrive, and she brings a collaborative, evidence-based approach to leadership that supports both staff development and pupil success.
Siobhan McGann
Executive Headteacher, Connaught Junior School & Windlesham Village Infant School
Siobhan has been involved in education for thirty years. She was appointed Headteacher at Connaught in April 2018 after a successful year as Head of School, using her experience of teaching and leading in state and private schools, both in England and New Zealand. Siobhan became Executive Headteacher of Windlesham Village Infant School in September 2025, bringing the two schools even more closely together. Siobhan leads an innovative team of staff and pupils, always striving for excellence. She has a particular passion for creative teaching methods and outdoor learning, developing the school grounds to extend and enhance the children’s learning opportunities. In May 2023, Connaught Junior School was judged 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and Windlesham was judged Good in January 2024.
Benedict O'Shea
Headteacher, Crawley Ridge Infant School
Ben joined TAMAT following his appointment as the Headteacher of Crawley Ridge Infant School in September 2021. Previously, he was an Assistant Headteacher at a very large Primary school in London overseeing Early Years and lower Key Stage 1. Ben has successfully completed both NPQML and NPQSL courses and is currently studying for a Masters in Educational Leadership. In 2019, Ben was awarded the status of Specialist Leader of Education in early reading and maths. He is committed to securing the best outcomes for pupils and is an avid believer in learning through play and experience. Ben has the support of a committed governing body alongside a skilled professional team of teachers and support staff. Crawley Ridge Infant school was judged 'Good' by Ofsted in January 2023. Richard Darke
Headteacher, Powell Corderoy Primary School
Richard has been at Powell since 2014, and appointed as Headteacher in April 2023 having spent the previous nine years as Deputy Head. He is currently studying for the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), following completion of a Masters degree and apprenticeship in Educational Leadership and Management with the National College for Education in 2023. Richard has over twenty years experience of teaching across both Key Stages One and Two and is a great advocate for Learning Outside the Classroom, using visitors, trips and outside spaces to create a rich learning experience for all pupils. Powell Corderoy Primary school was judged 'Good' by Ofsted in September 2022.
Chris Tuckett
Headteacher St Martin's Church of England Primary School
Chris has been Headteacher at St Martin's Primary School since September 2024. Chris has an MA in History and Post Graduate Certificate of Education. He also holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Chris has experience of teaching across the primary age range and has previously worked as a SENDCo, Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in various primary schools. He is passionate about school improvement, the continuing professional development of others and curriculum design and implementation. St Martin's is a delightful primary school set in stunning grounds on the edge of Dorking. In July 2019, St Martin's was graded 'Good' by Ofsted.
Gina Buxton

Gina is an experienced and qualified Chartered Public Finance Accountant with significant school business management experience. She has worked in both maintained and academy settings and is passionate about ensuring financial security and delivering best value in schools to support teaching and learning. Prior to becoming a School Business Manager, Gina worked in a variety of Marketing and Customer Service focused management roles in the private sector and brings a solid commercial awareness to help support TAMAT’s business strategy.
